• Lead complex HR projects: Design the digital transformation from conception to successful implementation – you are the driving force behind forward-looking HR projects
• Designs with AI in the HR context: introduce your expertise in AI to develop innovative solutions for personnel work and to optimize our organization of construction and execution
• Acting as an internal consultant: You are a central contact person and maker for artificial intelligence and digitalization within the HR sector
• Present your results: Impress your innovative solutions and advances to top management
• Build your network: expand your network in the company and trade with other experts to shape the future together with advanced technologies

Your profile

• Project management: You have several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the HR environment
• AI competence: You bring profound knowledge in the field of Artificial Intelligence and its application possibilities with
• HR Process Understanding: You have (ideally) a deep understanding of HR processes and technologies (especially with SAP SuccessFactors)
• Strategic and Analytical Thinking: You recognize strategic relationships, analyze complex issues and guide clear recommendations for action
