Responsibility for approx. 340 ha predominantly historical garden and parking facilities such as Wilhelmapark, Stuttgarter Schlossgartenanlagen, Rosensteinpark, Park der Villa Reitzenstein, Universitätsgebiet Stuttgart-Vaihingen and other land-owned properties Head of department with over 70 employees in 6 offices Creation of financial and economic plans necessary for the subject area Staff planning in close coordination with staff management Responsibility for sector-related funding and procurement Development of park care plants and care concepts Project management and supervision of construction and repair measures Participation in the planning and design of animal enclosures Ensuring traffic safety (rooms, playgrounds, winter service) Participation in public relations

A completed study of the department of Landespflege / Landschaftsarchitektur or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the construction and maintenance of public green areas and in the management of staff are of advantage Enforcement, negotiation skills and economic thinking High social competence, communication and conflictability A very reliable, friendly, teamable and resilient personality Analytical thinking, good understanding and a targeted working style, as well as an independent and structured working and service orientation Good computer skills in common office applications and in the CAD system Vectorworks Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing Identification with the tasks and objectives of Wilhelma
