Shared living manager/nursing professional (m/f/d)

In the team, you carry out the cross-departmental management of the housing communities through the following activities: Patient intake and coordination of their intake Continuous care needs planning for patients (including application and implementation of care levels and social services) Guide nursing and auxiliary staff (including exchanges on nursing or interpersonal challenges) Accounting of benefits

You are an adviser to the relatives and work closely with them to take into account individual needs You're taking call readiness services (about 2-5 a month)

You bring a completed training as a nurse (or equivalent) with You take min. 5 years of professional experience (stationary or outpatient) and corresponding nursing expertise with You are communicative and face your fellow human beings open and friendly You have the willingness to work digitally, with existing computer skills of advantage, but not necessarily necessary With your independent work, you are used to take responsibility for your task Your high degree of joy, commitment and intrinsic motivation to provide excellent care, get the best out of you You have leadership and organizational skills combined with a structured working method With your class B licence, you are flexible and mobile to perform your tasks in the residential community management You have an SAPV training or alternatively you are willing to carry out this training funded by us If you already have professional experience in a senior function of residential communities or nursing homes, this is of advantage, but no requirement
