Responsibility for a smooth bill of charges: They carry out the monthly wage and salary billing independently and maintain billing-relevant data in our systems (e.g. PDS, Sage, Zeus or Excel) Competent contact point for employees and managers in case of billing questions, unexplained timebookings, certificates Creation of central HR documents: from hearings, work contracts, contract changes, interim and work certificates, reports etc. Active support for audits and financial statements: They accompany wage tax, social security and audits, prepare relevant data and bring your expertise into the final processes Working on forward-looking projects in the Payroll environment: These include the integration of new companies, the further development of digital accounting processes and the introduction of modern technologies and tools View for efficient processes: With a sense of detail and deadlines, make sure that our operational processes not only work, but are constantly improving

Commercial background with payroll experience: completed commercial training (e.g. as a staff specialist, tax specialist:r, office technician or comparable qualification) as well as multiannual practical experience in independent pay and salary accounting Knowledge found in tax and social security law: Safe in dealing with the current regulations of German pay tax and social security law – including their application in the daily payroll practice Fit in billing systems and HR software: experience with common wage and salary accounting systems – ideally knowledge of Sage, Zeus or comparable tools Team spirit and service orientation: Whether in exchange with colleagues, executives or external examiners: They communicate clearly, friendly and solution-oriented – and understand themselves as a reliable partner:in the company
