Your tasks

Development of strategic product vision across several products Stakeholder Management with the Leaders of the Different Enterprise Parts Total responsibility for the budget and related deliveries throughout the product area Common definition of overarching product minimum standards and monitoring compliance Management of product KPIs and immediate treatment of deviations Representative of the product organization at strategic customer meetings, fairs and other public events Close collaboration with the lead architect and the lead agile coach to realize the best possible products with maximum efficiency of the funds used Leadership of the highest product body for decision-making and transparency across all parts of the company

Multiannual experience in a strategic product management or product leadership role with responsibility over several products or product areas Detectional ability to develop, communicate and consistently implement a comprehensive product vision Outstanding competence in stakeholder management at top management level and in complex organisational structures Experience in overall responsibility for budgets, supply commitments and economic management of larger product portfolios Strong analytical understanding of the definition, control and interpretation of product-KPIs Embossed software-technical understanding of communication at eye level Sovereign appearance in external representation Very good collaborative skills and experience in close cooperation with architectural and agile leadership roles leadership experience of product teams - preferably Product Owner Strategic thinking, high implementation strength and a strong sense of responsibility for quality, efficiency and sustainable success Very good knowledge of German and English
