Design the clinic of tomorrow at the University Hospital of Bonn with us. The Campus Venusberg is currently undergoing a dynamic change, with a modernization of the structural infrastructure being essential. With a high investment volume, the campus will receive a new face in the coming years. A variety of complex new, refurbishment and refurbishment projects will ensure the sustainability of the university hospital.

As a business unit in the Commercial Directorate, the construction management with about 50 dedicated employees takes over all tasks in the organization, planning, construction and commissioning of construction projects of the entire property of the University Hospital Bonn. In doing so, we take over the building tasks, the project management (from concept to commissioning) and the overall responsibility with respect to all public policy requirements of the state of NRW.

You actively accompany the diverse construction projects over all phases of performance with regard to operational organizational issues. This includes: the establishment of space and function programs up to implementation maturity Planning and controlling initial facilities as well as commissioning in the clinic and research area You advise on conceptual and strategic spatial and area issues and accompany the implementation Participation in the spatial and functional organisation in new or rebuilding measures You agree closely with users and internal bodies (e.g. occupational safety, personnel representation, hospital hygiene, genetic engineering, radiation protection) the development of perspectives on spatial development and participation in the development of master planning Planning and implementation of the operational commissioning of new stations or functional areas You are consistent with the strategic requirements of the Management Board of the University Hospital Bonn

Completed relevant study with health experience or adequate professional training with proven project experience ideally in the hospital environment very good communication skills, organizational skills, enforcement ability and a high degree of flexibility and resilience complete your profile Knowledge in construction is desirable. Ideally, DIN 13080 and DIN 277 are known to you Planning competence, i.e. also complex concepts independently develop, develop and implement them according to requirements and solutions The ability to act as a “translator*in” between the specialist cultures (doctors, care, administration, IT) Joy of interdisciplinary cooperation and understanding of work as a service to the customer safe handling of the common computer applications, SAP knowledge are advantageous
