Production Employee (m/f/d)

In this role, you will ensure the timely supply of material by controlling stocks and supply chain data and working closely with international suppliers as well as internal teams (purchasing, quality, engineering, management). In doing so, you communicate solution-oriented, trade integrity and confidential and bring intercultural sensitivity to the various international organization. Management and maintenance of supply chain data in the ERP system (orders, stocks, delivery dates) Coordination of material availability with purchasing, storage and production Monitoring and control of stocks (crude materials, finished products, WIP) and updating of WIP status Processing of orders, shipping documents and shipping documents Close cooperation with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely deliveries Management of supplier RMAs (returns) including documentation and tracking Creation of reports and KPIs (e.g. inventory accuracy, throughput times) as well as support for process optimizations and lean approaches

Graduate (Bachelor) or vocational training in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related area (min. 3 years of professional experience) Strong organisational and coordination capabilities High accuracy and care in handling data Good understanding of supply chain processes (stocks and WIP) Knowledge of supplier quality processes and RMA processing Secure application of ERP systems (ideally D365), Power BI and MS Office Analytical thinking as well as good communication and stakeholder management skills Very good knowledge of German and English (at least B2)
