The personnel department is responsible for the personnel work of the Schwarz Corporate Solutions. It supports and advises the departments comprehensively in the implementation of operational and strategic issues of human resources management: from the extraction and entry of suitable staff, the care and development to the exit of staff. The activities are supported by the development and introduction of suitable personnel processes and systems. The department is also responsible for the further development of corporate and leadership culture.

Creativity: You bring creative ideas and support our team in the further development of our internal and external channels. Together, they produce attentive videos and develop strategies to increase the commitment of our community Concepts: You develop exciting concepts around Employer Branding, Marketing and Human Resources. At the interface between brand communication and recruiting you create content for our employer presence – in daily business as well as in your own projects Benchmark: You regularly conduct research, tracking and trend and competitive analyses and actively contribute to the development of new, innovative ideas Organization: You support the planning and organisation of various events – from trade fairs to conferences to your own meetups or cooperation with universities

You are currently in the field of media, communication or economics, information design, or in a comparable course of studies immatricated and convince with good academic achievements Ideally, you have already created your own content for social media – whether in text form, as video or reel You're communicative, you're sure to step up and inspire others with your ideas You like to work in the team, are well organized and bring your own initiative You are safe to use common content creation tools and know about current apps In addition to your creativity and joy of innovation, you can keep an overview and prioritize tasks JOBV1_EN
