Construction financing expert for digital customer journey and existing business (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for our anchor product building financing in stock processing and actively accompany our customers through the digital customer journey. You advise customers holistically and offer appropriate solutions along the customer journey. You take over the processing and structured monitoring of building financing, e.g. in the event of contract changes, and leads customers safely through the next steps. You work closely with colleagues from the stationary building finance business and ensure a high quality of service and consulting.

You have your training on the savings banks/banker (m/w/d) or a comparable training successfully completed. You use your expertise in private building financing in a targeted manner in consulting and safely apply your credit skills. You accompany customers in the financing process and support them in sound decisions. You communicate clearly and value-estimatingly and work in challenging situations, too. You use digital consulting tools securely and actively integrate them into your daily work.
