Professional and disciplinary leadership of an international IT team with 8-10 employees Operational cooperation in the administration of the hybrid Microsoft system and network landscape Developing information security and ensuring adequate protection of systems, networks and business data Development of structures, processes and standards within the IT organization Leadership, development and coaching of IT specialists in the team Representation of the team to specialist areas, management and international stakeholders Controlling IT projects and ensuring a stable IT operation

Experience gained in the administration of hybrid IT infrastructures (IT security, servers, networks, systems based on Microsoft) leadership experience as well as the ability to motivate and develop teams Hands-on mentality and joy in working in IT operations Experience in the manufacturing or industrial environment, as well as ERP know-how of advantage Enforced personality with strong communication skills knowledge of English; German knowledge of advantage
