Automotive Service Advisor - Automotive / Customer Service (m/f/d)

You are the first respondent for our customers: take vehicles from Ford, Citroën and Peugeot brands and create first fault diagnosis. Based on this, you create detailed repair orders and coordinate the workshop appointments in close coordination with the motor vehicle mechatronics: inside. You will advise your customers in a proactive and comprehensible way to necessary services, maintenance work and warranty options. During the entire repair process, you act as a central interface and keep the customers up to date about the current status. You are responsible for the final quality control, invoicing and vehicle transfer to ensure a first-class service experience.

You have completed technical training and provide relevant professional experience in the automotive sector. Your strength lies in customer advice: You are communicative, service-oriented and find a suitable solution for every need. As an organizational institution, you can also keep an overview of appointments and repair orders in the event of high work. Ideally, you have already gained experience with the Ford, Citroen or Peugeot brands – but this is not a must. You work independently as well as quality-consciously and communicate safely in German.
