In this position, you are part of “Wealth Services” where we bundle our skills in occupational retirement (bAV). We support medium-sized and multinational corporations with competent advice and manage their supply systems. Look forward to an exciting job in one of the most prestigious but at the same time most sympathetic service and consulting companies as well as a great team.

You work together with other insurance businessmen and bAV experts in an Insured Pension Administration Team at the respective location

You enter and manage individual and collective insurance contracts in all five ways of implementing occupational pension schemes after intensive incorporation into bAV together with experts.

You are a contact person for our customers in the field of the administration of complex insurance-based bAV concepts in the back office

You support the administration of (company-owned) group and individual support funds

You are actively working in exciting project groups on digitalization topics and artificial intelligence

You support customers and colleagues in optimizing the process processes and in communication around the company's retirement

After appropriate training, you support our customers in matters relating to insurance-specific issues and on tax, social and labour law issues as well as insurance contracts and/or pension plans

Training as a merchant for insurance and finance, but not necessarily with experience in managing insurance solutions in occupational pensions

Less professional experience in managing insurance solutions/products (internal service)

First knowledge in the field of labour, social security and tax law of advantage, also helps a good mathematical understanding

Very good German and happy English language skills in word and writing

High IT affinity e.g. to maintain various interfaces, experience in handling complex data messages and safe handling of the current MS Office systems
