In the product development department for Unmanned Ground Vehicles (UGV), we are currently building a new field of competence for autonomous and remote controlled systems in the field of our commercial vehicle series. A strategic growth field that will significantly shape our commercial vehicle series and future customer solutions. Our goal is to develop innovative solutions for unmanned ground vehicles and integrate them safely into existing platforms.

As a technical project manager, you are the central driver to advance this environment internally, build agile structures and ensure the integration of autonomous systems into our vehicle platforms. In addition, you shape the further development towards future business solutions, such as integration into offboard customer solutions and digital services, and coordinate internal and external project teams in a dynamic, constantly changing environment.

WAS DICH ERWARTETAgile project management: Construction and management of projects in the field of UGV, incl. roadmap definition and milestone planning Coordination of internal and external teams: cooperation with international technology partners, suppliers and internal departments Technical responsibility: Ensure the integration of autonomous systems into existing vehicle platforms Strategic development: expansion of the UGV theme to new business areas, including offboard services and customer solutions Innovation Management: Assessment of new technologies and their applications, deriving recommendations for action Security & Compliance: Monitoring of security and quality standards for autonomous systems Communication & Reporting: Regular exchange with stakeholders, transparent status reports and decision bases

DESHALB PASST YOU TO UNS Complete studies in the field of vehicle technology, electrical engineering, computer science or comparable Multiannual experience in technical project management, ideally in ADAS, robotics or autonomous systems Knowledge of agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in building new structures Embossed communication and moderation capabilities to guide teams and partners at eye level Technical understanding of sensor technology, control systems and software architectures High self-initiative and joy in actively driving innovations and unlocking new business areas very good knowledge of German and English
