HR Specialist Projektmanager (m/w/d) at the location Göppingen or saddle village

Your duties

• You analyze and optimize processes in building wages
• You create technical concepts and documentation
• You design and control projects and special tasks
• You advise and maintain the billing control team in all billing-relevant questions
• They coordinate between the departmental action fields and the interface areas

Your profile

• Complete commercial vocational training or studies, ideally focusing on staff and wage accounting
• Very good application knowledge in SAP HCM and advanced knowledge SAP HCM (Customizing) are desirable
• Knowledge found in pay tax and social security law
• Sovereign handling of trustworthy information, absolutely reliable, structured and conscientious functioning and high organizational capability
• Analytical skills, conceptual thinking and fun in process design
