Your profile Closed university studies with IT focus and sound knowledge in IT infrastructure, Linux, Windows, Network, Cyber Security, DevOps, Containers and Cloud Services (M365) At least five years of professional experience, ideally in the semiconductor industry, with operation of critical IT systems in 24/7 production environments Leadership experience and ability to guide teams professionally and promote employees: Technical:r Sparringspartner:in für Administrator:innen, Developer:innen und Techniker:innen, not only purely management-oriented Implementation of automation and DevOps pools together with the team Structured operation, project management competence and strategic thinking in IT-modernisation under budget conditions Very good knowledge of German and English for cooperation with international teams and customers High responsiveness, participation in readiness and rapid decision-making in the event of a malfunction
