Accompanying commercial decisions: You advise factory management and departments on economic issues and keep the operational KPIs in mind. Analyze results: You compare actual and planned values, take measures and introduce your findings into meetings. Creating reports and forecasts: monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and P&L forecasts are part of your daily business. Operational planning: Once a year, coordinate and create the operational planning for the plant. Rate investment: You check CAPEX applications, create payback calculations and accompany the release process. Ensure compliance: You pay attention to compliance with tax requirements and internal guidelines.

Education and studies: Successfully completed studies of the BWL or of economic engineering. Experiences: Solid knowledge in controlling, project controlling or finance – ideally in the production environment. Tools: Safe in handling Excel, SAP and MS Word as well as cost accounting and audit requirements. Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing. Strengths: Analytical thinking, self-initiative, team capacity, communication strength and negotiation security are the key features.
