As part of a regulated succession, we are looking for a project manager for this successful medium-sized company at the closest possible time (m/w/d). In this versatile function, you play a key role in the long-term supply of raw materials for the plants, maintain the network of contract farmers and develop the cultivation strategically. They actively participate in the optimization of raw material processes and work closely with internal specialist areas as well as external partners.

Support, extension and long-term binding of the contract farmer network including completion and management of cultivation contracts Planning, coordination and disposition of potato deliveries to ensure a smooth supply of raw materials during the campaign Organisation of training measures to optimise yields and professional exchanges with farmers, breeders and specialist bodies Participation in the acquisition and quality assessment of raw materials and support in the marketing of by-products and the disposal of residual materials Support in compliance with legal, qualitative and environmental standards (e.g. ISO 9001) and monitoring of internal and external audits Own implementation of projects in the field of raw materials management and close cooperation with internal departments (e.g. production, logistics, QM)

First experience in cooperation with farmers or agricultural organisations Graduate in agriculture, e.g. agricultural engineering, agricultural economics, agriculture master (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification Very good understanding of agricultural processes and logistical processes around the supply of raw materials (First) Leadership experience in the industrial or seasonal environment Structured, independent mode of operation with communication strength, reliability and self-initiative Secure handling of MS Office, SAP knowledge of advantage German knowledge and punctual readiness
