We are looking for you as a Syndicus Tax Consultant (m/w/d) / Tax Manager at the Karlsruhe location in full time and indefinite employment. This is what awaits you

You are responsible for tax advice and are responsible for tax reporting for all companies of the Vulcan Group in Germany. You are responsible for the tax structuring and design of project companies. Self-employed tax advice and support of the Vulcan Group's Group companies in Germany, especially in turnover, wage, source and commercial tax. You will take care of the preparation and follow-up of tax returns in cooperation with an external tax law firm and coordination of the use of external consultants. You take advice, installation and optimization of internal tax-relevant processes as well as internal training. You enter and coordinate special and audits.

You have a degree in law or economics with a focus on tax law and accounting, as well as a completed tax consultant exam. You have at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of taxes of a group company or in an audit/tax consulting company. Experience in project financing, good IFRS and HGB knowledge as well as very good knowledge in national tax law are preferred. Very good knowledge in all popular MS Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint Negotiating German and English skills complete your profile.
