What does my working day look like?

• Responsibility for cleanliness and maintenance of residential buildings
• Execution of cleaning of staircases and entrances as a daily routine
• Execution of special cleaning, for example after housing renovations, and glass cleaning
• Takeover of the winter service through spaces and roads to ensure the safety of the tenants

What should I bring?

• Training: as a building cleaner or comparable training
• Occupational experience: in maintenance cleaning
• Appearance: class B desirable
• Personal strengths: reliable operation with high service and customer orientation as well as team skills and motivation, flexibility (especially in winter service)
