You process customer requests and orders in the Sparepart Service area quickly, reliably and service-oriented Offer Champion: You start offerings and order confirmations in SAP and ensure a smooth handling Logistics expert: From order to delivery you follow appointments, coordinate shipping and ensure that everything arrives on time You are in close contact with customers, suppliers and our internal departments (e.g. purchasing, warehouse, production) process optimiser: You actively support the optimization of processes in the spare parts service and ensure even better processes Allrounder: You perform general administrative tasks in the daily business and make sure that everything is running around

Closed commercial training (e.g. as an industrial merchant/wife or comparable) Professional experience in the field of service/replacement parts is desirable Very good SAP skills (ideally in the modules SD/MM) Safe handling with MS Office (especially Outlook, Word, Excel) Experience in communication with customers and suppliers Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented working ability
