Your profile Completed commercial training with multi-year professional experience in the field of forwarding, transport or logistics as well as ideally relevant further training. Very good knowledge with SAPTM or similar tools and MS Office. Safe handling of SAP (especially SAP ECC modules LE, SD, WM) is of advantage. Comprehensive operational experience in Europe-wide transport control (FTL, LTL, Groupage) including carrier management and ideally knowledge of customs and/or hazardous goods processing. Analytical strength, pronounced process and optimization orientation (lean methods of advantage) as well as structured, KPI-based and independent mode of operation. Experience in leadership, further development and motivation of a team (5-member), including prioritization, coaching and operational control. German and English language skills.
