Every day you ensure that all vehicles and employees are used on the tours in a sustainable and efficient manner. It is your goal to ensure a smooth process in the waste collection of the region and to satisfy our customers. Of course, that's why you take new orders and collect them. Whether there is capacity for an order, you decide. Here you are constantly questioning the current tour planning and constantly taking forward improvements. As a professional manager of our professional drivers (m/w/d) and loaders (m/w/d), you are the first person to contact and therefore always have an open ear for the concerns and wishes of your colleagues. At the same time, you focus on all other operational goals, such as the optimal use of the fleet, the best possible personnel deployment planning, the improvement of employee satisfaction and compliance with statutory and safety-relevant requirements.

You bring a completed training, e.g. as a freight forwarder or similar qualifications, e.g. the transport specialist. Your entrepreneurial thinking and acting, your strong team skills and leadership, as well as your very good communication skills are all yours. It is desirable if you have already gained professional experience in a comparable position or the disposal industry. We also look forward to providing knowledge and experience in the practical application of traffic law. Finally, good local knowledge in the region completes your profile.
