independent supervision of employees and officials in all personnel matters from recruitment to exit holistic implementation of personnel selection procedures Advice and support of executives in all personnel matters Supporting and working in HR projects and special tasks Participation in operational integration management

completed degree or bachelor's degree in the advanced non-technical service (public management, pension insurance, general financial management) or a comparable degree Knowledge of labour, tariff, civil servants and general administrative law Professional experience in a comparable field of activity is advantageous Proceedings and good oral and written expressability independent, structured and responsible operation openness, curiosity and motivation to move things friendly and open appearance
