• Working team management of the Internet sales team Mainfranken and Kassel/Göttingen
• Direct and targeted response to requests for vehicle inventory via telephone and e-mail by independent advice on vehicle details, equipment and technical data using DV systems
• Active preparation and sales support of new and used cars and NFZ via the Internet exchanges with the aim of the sales conclusion
• Targeted use of the internal lead system for processing enquiries and data maintenance
• Processing of export requests
• Monitoring of customer reviews on the vehicle exchanges
• Quality control of online ads
• Creation of sales evaluations

Your profile

• Commercial or technical vocational training and professional experience in the automotive industry
• Excellent communication capability for written and telephone customer contact
• Very good computer skills and media competence
• Contact, friendly appearance and consulting and service competence
• High performance and operational readiness as well as reliability
• Ready to cover our opening hours flexibly
• English skills desirable, other foreign languages advantageous
