You enter insurance offers, check them and perform coverage and compliance comparisons The management and updating of insurance policies and relevant contractual data is your responsibility In case of damage, you take the administrative processing and ensure a structured tracking You coordinate cooperation with insurance brokers, banks as well as internal and external contacts Contract periods, deadlines and reimbursements you reliably keep in mind You co-ordinate aval calls and take over the management of avales and guarantees Monitor Open Avale as well as Returns and Releases and Track Your Own In the case of administrative and organisational tasks relating to financing issues, you can support Regular Reports and Overviews Create and Care carefully The maintenance of relevant data in the relevant systems and a complete and comprehensible documentation complete your task
