Production Controllers (m/f/d)

Disposition and date monitoring of auto parts Conversion and prioritization of production orders for capacity shortages Ensuring delivery dates and monitoring of production plans Capacity and production planning in coordination with the supervisor Creation of demand forecasts and implementation of capacity analyses Maintenance of rework orders, master data and planning parameters in the ERP system Analysis of production restrictions and participation in the determination of throughput times Processing of defective parts and disturbances in the production process Cause analysis of plan deviations and introduction of improvement measures Active participation in the optimization of logistical and production processes

Successfully completed vocational training with further training to the state-tested technician or completed university studies (e.g. economic engineering) Multiannual professional experience in production planning, disposition or work preparation Knowledge of capacity, appointment and order planning Very safe handling of SAP (especially PP, ideally also PLM), including production orders, work plans and piece lists Experience in capacity planning and evaluation in the SAP environment Secure handling of MS Office / Office 365 Understanding master data logics, data structures and key data systems Communication strength, enforcement ability and strong team orientation
