Your tasks:

Your responsibilities

• Implementation and mediation of agile methods and principles
• Coaching, consulting and knowledge transfer of/for teams, executives, customers around Agility
• Designing the agile transformation
• Cooperation with the development team
• Creation and evaluation of progress indicators

Your qualifications:

That's what you bring

• Multiannual experience in the application of agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Certification as Agile Coach or comparable qualification (e.g. Certified Scrum Master, PMI-ACP)
• Experience in the implementation of workshops and training
• Knowledge of change management and organisational development
• Excellent German knowledge (min. C1) in word and writing
