Tasks Your new tasks Own-responsible design and optimization of our production kitchen with focus on Cook & Chill / High Convenience Analysis and targeted adaptation of existing production processes as part of the further development of the kitchen site with expansion to approx. 2,500 food per day Introduction and establishment of efficient, structured processes and procedures Ensuring a smooth, quality-proof food supply for our facilities Planning, control and control of food production in economic terms Purchasing, goods management and storage in close coordination with the team Organisation and monitoring of logistics processes Leadership, motivation and development of the kitchen team including service planning and training

Requirements That's what you bring (m/w/d), ideally with training to the kitchen master or dietary trained cook Found experience in the management of a production kitchen, in particular in the area of Cook & Chill or High Convenience in the community or in the Care Catering You bring an entrepreneurial mindset and have successfully accompanied or initiated change processes Embossed self-motivation, implementation strength and organisational skills Experience in employee management and development Safe handling of goods management systems, budget planning and MS Office applications
