Consulting and support of customers in the service area – from active vehicle acceptance to vehicle transfer Implementation of input controls and vehicle diagnostics and coordination of the required repair and service volumes with customers Creation, control and settlement of service, repair, warranty and cunning orders including cost and appointment Work preparation and disposition taking into account capacities, team utilisation and appointment Ensuring parts and material disposition for smooth order processing Coordination and coordination with workshop, masters and other interfaces to ensure quality and process processes Active vehicle transfer and complaint processing and customer aftercare

You have completed technical training, for example as a motor vehicle mechatronic in the commercial vehicle sector You bring professional experience in the workshop or service environment and ideally have experience in handling repair and service orders You have a strong technical understanding and go safely with digital systems and service processes You convince with high customer and service orientation combined with communication strength and negotiation skills You work independently and structured and bring together organisational and decision-making You draw from team skills, flexibility and willingness to use You own a class C/CE license
