Technical/operational management of a production site for insulating glass with 2 production lines and approx. 50 employees and managers in work preparation, maintenance and production Monitoring of daily production as well as post-control for deviations Active use of key figures for process control Coordination of all workflows in the area of responsibility taking into account group-wide standards Ensuring an efficient planning process to comply with all delivery dates and optimal capacity utilization Professional and disciplinary leadership and development of employees Continuous monitoring and ensuring quality guidelines Introduction and Implementation of SEMCO Standards in Responsibility Implementation of the jointly defined annual targets within the framework of operational and corporate planning Participation in investment planning

Technically oriented training (e.g. technician, master or engineer), ideally in the field of mechatronics, electrical engineering or industrial mechanics Professional experience in handling glass desirable Management experience Knowledge of modern production technology, ideally knowledge of project management and lean management methods of production Secure handling of Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) High readiness, loadability and flexibility Self-employed, structured working and good organizational skills Embossed team and communication skills Result orientation and openness for new challenges
