As Consultant Immobilien- und Landswirtschaft (m/w/d), you are responsible for the optimization of the real estate stock for MVVV Energie AG and MVV RHE GmbH. You are responsible for the purchase and sale of land and for the purchase and sale of real estate You conduct contract negotiations and represent the Group in negotiations on notary appointments You maintain and expand our business relationships You create rental and lease contracts and check external contract drafts You independently maintain the data in the property information system

Graduate degree in one of the following areas: Economics Real estate Economic Law (with focus on construction and real estate) Architecture

Master's degree in one of the following areas: Real estate

Multiannual experience in the field of activity Basic knowledge of property law and the relevant areas of public building law, property protection and nature protection law Safe handling of MS Office applications, GIS, the property information system and SAP independent work and sovereign appearance and persuasion
