As Senior HR Controller (m/w/d), you are responsible for the management of the personnel planning process and take over the personnel controlling for your areas of responsibility. You conduct planning and budget discussions with the departments in close coordination with the group controlling You create quarterly and annual accounts and explain deviations to the plan You are responsible for personal risk management and develop forecasts You define group-wide KPIs, implement HR key figures technically and implement needs-oriented SAP BI solutions Together with the team, you develop personal controlling
