With your area, you suggest that the real estate stock is not only managed by degewo, but is long-term value-consciously controlled: With targeted investments, you will maintain the value of the stock with your area and increase it, for example by energy-oriented modernization, climate-friendly plant technology and data-based decisions. At the same time, you create uniform processes together with your area, transfer the necessary know-how to our teams and make new technical requirements (and a consistent data structure in the system) usable for the operational area.

Climate neutrality by 2045: You develop and implement technical object strategies and standards for implementing the climate path for our real estate stock. Innovations & Future Trends: You are researching and continuously assessing technical innovations and changing legal framework conditions, in particular on all topics of energy transition/sustainability for our real estate stock and implements them strategically. Investment planning: As part of the investment process, you will participate in defining priorities for technical investment and in examining the necessary technical measures for building stock. Objects & data: You carry out technical object visits and collect data as a basis for the targeted investment process and the implementation of the climate path. Facts and figures: You participate in the coordination of ecological and economic impacts from relevant technical developments with the commercial portfolio management. Technique: You are an appeal for cross-disciplinary technical questions.

Qualification: You have a degree in civil engineering, architecture or economic engineering, or a comparable qualification in the fields of energy and domestic engineering. Passion: You are looking to implement the energy transition in one of the largest Berlin housing companies and to contribute to sustainable and innovative developments in the urban, social and urban context. Remuneration & Extras: We pay according to the housing contract with holiday and Christmas money.
