You serve our central IT applications from document management to web and mail systems to the Microsoft-365 platform. Together with the team, you will ensure stable systems, analyze disturbances and continuously develop existing solutions. Look forward to a varied task and the opportunity to actively introduce your ideas and to sustainably shape our IT environment. You support and optimise our central IT applications in ongoing operation and develop them together with the IT architect (w/m/d) and the leadership You ensure the stable and secure operation of our systems and monitor their availability In 2nd and 3rd level support analyze and troubleshoot technical faults and errors You actively participate in IT projects and create and accompany the related technical documentation You always take into account requirements for data protection and data and IT security You identify potentials for automation and drive the optimization of operations and administration processes

You have a successfully completed training as a specialist (w/m/d) You have professional experience in the planning, implementation and operation of web servers as well as groupware, content management or document management systems You bring knowledge to Linux and Windows operating systems; Experiences with the Microsoft-365 platform are desirable Ideally, you already have contact points with information security, for example based on the BSI-IT basic protection You like to work in the team, proceed structured and solution-oriented and communicate safely in German (at least level B2) A service-oriented handling of our internal users is (w/m/d) for you
