This profile brings you as an Expert Power Module Sintering (m/w/d):

• Bachelor or Master of Science in Engineering (preferably MSc or PhD)
• At least 10 years of experience in the production/industrialization of high-voltage power modules in large quantities, ideally for the automotive industry
• specialist knowledge in the field of sintering of power modules based on SiC
• Solid knowledge of standard automotive requirements for power electronics (IATF 16949)
• Experience in quality management systems (8D, 6Sigma, etc.) and efficiency improvement systems (Lean, VSM, etc.)
• experience in series development along the entire product life cycle
• Flowing in English

Your tasks as Expert Power Module Sintering (m/w/d):

• Support and advice of the development team for performance modules and the development of core know-how for the design of performance modules with special attention to sintering
• introduction of inputs for industrialization into the team
• Definition of critical process steps and creation of an execution plan to minimize risks and support a safe start
• Active support of the team with proven procedures and experiences
• Promote and implement design improvements based on experience and expertise
• Support for PFMEA (potential failure mode and effects analysis)
• Definition and adaptation of existing development and production processes for the design of power modules
