Product Manager Sealing Systems (m/f/d)

Market analysis & strategy development: You’re testing markets, target groups and competitors, interpreting trends and developing clear, medium and long-term strategies for our product groups together with the team Product Management in the Lifecycle: You monitor our product portfolio along the product lifecycle, guide the import and export of products and initiate and accompany strategy implementation measures Product and service conception: You create meaningful requirements profiles for new products, identify suitable service concepts and ensure that our offer always remains at the heart of time Performance and pricing: You participate in the income calculation of our product groups, supported in costing and pricing, first select product data sheets and installation instructions Information management & training: You plan and carry out internal product training for our colleagues and thus ensure the information transfer in the company

Complete studies, e.g. industrial engineering or technical studies in the construction industry (e.g. construction, supply engineering, civil engineering) Multiannual experience in product management and ideally in the distribution of consulting-intensive construction products Experience in preparing and conducting market research Funded understanding of the construction industry and reliable knowledge in project management Basic knowledge of cost accounting and costing Safe handling of MS Office, pronounced presentation and moderation capabilities Communication strength, organizational talent and ability to conflict and cooperation Own initiative, enthusiasm and safe occurrence
