Project Manager, Fund Control (m/f/d)

Conception, control and implementation of projects for the automation of the processes for our real estate funds Continuous development of our software and data warehouse solutions – including Salesforce, bison.box and SAP S/4HANA systems Technical and technical conception of data acquisition and interface processes – for example via Salesforce and the INTREAL Connect customer portal based thereon – as well as subsequent data processing in our reporting systems Interface function between departments, internal IT and external IT service providers Conception and implementation of dashboards with Microsoft Power BI Analysis of deviations in the database and reporting systems, clarification of requirements with participating specialist departments and optimization of system solutions Documentation and presentation of new and advanced system and reporting solutions as well as training of internal and external users

Successfully completed studies of economics, economic informatics or comparable qualifications Professional experience in project management, IT environment or controlling – ideally in the real estate or financial services industry High IT affinity and a good understanding of data models, data flows and interface processes Interest in digitizing and automating processes and experience in handling AI applications Very good knowledge in MS Office (with focus on Power BI and Excel) Experience in designing and implementing dashboards and/or reporting solutions Structured and analytical methods and the ability to quickly find yourself in complex technical and technical situations You take responsibility and tax projects independently and targeted. You like to work in the team, communicate safely with different stakeholders and develop pragmatic solutions together
