At GMH | Gebäudemanagement Hamburg we are currently working on the implementation of maintenance measures for Hamburg universities – a significant contribution to sustainable urban development. In a growing interdisciplinary team, you take responsibility in multi-project management and bring your expertise into challenging projects at the interface of construction, operation and user interests. A dedicated environment that focuses on cooperation, ownership and innovation awaits you. As project manager, you are responsible for the management and control of demanding construction projects from the first phase of the concept to the handover. They coordinate the project specifications with all participants, structure and document them and control the planning and construction processes. In doing so, you conduct communication with demand providers, future users:inside, building operators:inside and other stakeholders throughout the entire project. In addition, calculate and negotiate offers for the planning, construction, financing and operation of the property and create household documents based on design planning and in cooperation with our internal specialist departments. In all phases of performance, you will have a look at the planning of quality, quantity, costs and appointments and ensure compliance with the defined project objectives. Together with their colleagues, you will develop creative and sustainable solutions for the multi-project management of our urgent maintenance measures (e.g. from fire protection, traffic control, electrical installation, roof renovation).
