IT-Support Specialist (m/f/d)

You are the first contact person for our users in IT questions – by phone, remote access or on site. You accept incidents and service requests, analyze, prioritise, classify and document them in the ticket system. You perform bug analyses and fixes as part of the first-level support. You support hard and software problems (Windows, Microsoft 365, mobile devices, common IT hardware). You set up IT jobs and take care of them. You will forward more complex enquiries to second-level support. You will participate in IT projects, process optimization and the further development of our Service Desk. You document solutions, processes and standards.

You have a completed training in IT (e.g. specialist system integration) or a comparable qualification. You bring first experience in IT support, user support or helpdesk. You have knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, common IT hardware and mobile devices. Ideally, you already have a law firm or legal IT experience – but this is not a must. You convince by service orientation, a friendly appearance and good communication skills. You adapt flexibly to changes and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You work team-oriented, independent and structured. You have very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English.
