With us, you're on solid ground! Start your training from September 2027 as an industrial merchant (m/w/d) at Mineral Baustoff GmbH. During your training, you will acquire sound commercial and business knowledge and learn to apply it directly in practice. For a comprehensive insight into the business processes of our company, you are going through various departments and get to know a wide range of tasks – including accounting, accounting, personnel, shopping and sales. As a 100% subsidiary of STRABAG AG, you benefit from the structures and possibilities of an internationally active group. With increasing experience, you take your own tasks and learn to plan, perform and control commercial processes. Thus, step by step, you develop the professional and personal skills that provide you with a solid basis for your successful start to work. In addition to the vocational school, in-house training contents supplement your theoretical knowledge. In a total of six week modules, you deepen your knowledge in the areas of debitors, creditors and staff. Thus we combine theory and practice and prepare you optimally for your professional future.
