We rely on you: Ensure efficient, economical and legally compliant operation of our company's own fleet You maintain and manage vehicle-related data as well as documentation and ensure their topicality and legal compliance You coordinate external service providers such as insurance, workshops and leasing partners You are the central contact person for all driving park-related issues relating to service and pool vehicles You take over the administration of the car pooling system and support users in all system-related topics You create evaluations, overviews and fleet planning and accompany monthly and annual accounts processes You coordinate seasonal measures and actions, such as wheel change or safety training You support the continuous development and optimization of modern mobility solutions in coordination with the relevant interfaces

How to complete our team: With your successfully completed studies, ideally in the field of mobility management, business management or a comparable discipline With your well-founded expertise in fleet management, in particular in the fields of service car control and owner liability With your multi-year professional experience of at least three to five years in the fleet, mobility or administrative environment With your safe handling of MS Office and your affinity for digital systems and processes Estimated for your structured functioning, your organizational talent and your sense of responsibility With your strong service orientation and your pleasure in working with different internal and external contacts
