Become part of our HR team and take responsibility from the first day for a variety of tasks. With us, as a working student with 20 hours/week, you can gain experience in operational personnel work with a focus on recruiting and develop yourself personally. In addition, you will get exciting insights into the logistics processes.

You take responsibility for the daily business around our applicant management system. Here you take the screening of applications and get the chance to get insights into job interviews and to conduct them independently in perspective. You will get to know the entire recruiting process from need creation to setting. You encounter a variety of challenges that you master independently - you can set your own impulses.

You are a registered student at least in the fourth semester in an economic or comparable degree, with the focus on staff. Ideally, you have already gained first practical experiences in the field of human resources. A high degree of communication skills and organizational ability complete your profile. You work structured as well as independent and as a dedicated team player you enjoy making a big contribution to team success.
