Complete technical training, preferably for mechatronics or electronics First professional experience in the maintenance of a production plant is desirable Embossed technical understanding and openness to new tasks High quality awareness and joy in designing perfect production processes Self-functioning, reliability and team capability Willingness to shift work (i.d.R. 2-shift) is absolutely necessary Interest in digitalization as well as first contact points with artificial intelligence (AI) or modern digital tools are of advantage and welcome First experience in coordinating smaller projects, incorporating new employees or taking technical responsibility
