You support the construction management in the planning, coordination and implementation of various construction projects You prepare construction site dates, meetings and project documents and support the subsequent documentation You accompany regular construction site visits and gain practical insights into building processes, quality controls and work safety You will participate in the coordination with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and other project participants You support the monitoring of appointments, costs and professional execution of construction services

Start your studies at the IU with (special) abitur, a qualified professional degree or as a national. Technicians:in/operator:in You can prove German skills according to language level B2 You are interested in construction processes, façade technology and the coordination of construction projects You work reliably, carefully and keep track of multiple tasks You communicate safely and work with different project participants You necessarily have a valid class B driver's license, as regular construction site visits are provided.
