Processing of material: You perform tasks of personnel handling such as the maintenance of personal data Auditing: Formal and content testing of supplier invoices incl. Price, quantity and condition control Supplier & Filial Management: Correspondence with suppliers and branches, processing of orders, complaints and returns Master Data & Processes: Maintenance of master data and support and cooperation in internal projects Stock management: implementation of inventory and ongoing inventory control to ensure correct product compliance

Training: You have completed training as a businessman for office management, industrial businessman, tax specialist or comparable Professional experience: You bring together several years of experience in office management and accounting IT know-how: You are practiced in dealing with MS-Office and ideally have SAP knowledge Organizational talent: You are strong in communication and have an independent and structured way of working
