Coordination of consultation and contract management as well as processing of further correspondence – primarily at the Hannover site Preparation of works council reserves/audits Close cooperation with staff representatives:in all three locations Support in the further development and digitization of internal processes, e.g. optimization of forms and technical configuration in our HR systems Takeover of special topics and administrative support in personnel projects Active cooperation in the implementation and further development of personal processes

Closed commercial vocational training with additional qualification/specialisation in the field of personnel desirable or comparable qualifications Very good understanding of personal relationships User knowledge in modern (personal) information systems Very good knowledge about MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Very good time management, organizational design with structured working and a very high degree of reliability Customer orientation with an exceptional service setting Joy in working in the team and in cross-site work
