You are responsible for products and/or business models of our energy solutions, focusing on electrification or heat transformation and developing them from the market demand to the introduction and scaling. You tax the economic and market success of your products on the basis of relevant key figures, such as sales, earnings and customer acceptance, and take measures. You analyze customer needs, market potentials, competition strategies and technical and energy developments and translate them into product strategies, business cases and roadmaps. Together with sales, technology, operations, IT and other group areas, you develop customer-oriented end-to-end solutions and ensure their implementation and further development. In development and transformation projects, you take over the technical leadership or the product-over role and tax across-range projects and teams.

Complete studies in the field of economic engineering, engineering, energy, economics or comparable qualifications Multiannual professional experience in product management, portfolio management, business development or in the development of technical or energy solutions Funded knowledge in at least one of the main areas of electrification or heat transformation, such as photovoltaics, storage, charging infrastructure, heat pumps, energy management or sector coupling Experience in the development and evaluation of business models and business cases as well as safe handling of business performance indicators Experience in managing cross-departmental projects and interdisciplinary teams, e.g. as Product Owner Embossed market and customer orientation, analytical and conceptual strength, self-initiative, sense of responsibility and direction of implementation Ability to prepare complex technical and economic relationships in a comprehensible and addressable manner Knowledge of agile working methods, OKR methodology, Stage gate processes or project management certification are advantageous
