Legal Solution Analyst (m/f/d)

We are looking for a person who clarifies technical requirements with lawyers at eye level, understands legal workflows and develops independent digital solutions - especially with AI tools, no-code platforms such as BRYTER and other legal technology applications. This is not a classic business analyst role and no developer site. In addition, your activities will be: Recording and structuring of technical requirements from different practice groups Development of practical solutions with AI tools, no-code platforms such as BRYTER and other legal technology applications Development and development of automated workflows, document processes and internal tools Supporting lawyers in the use of digital solutions in everyday mandates Analysis of existing processes and identification of meaningful possibilities for improvement Training, enablement and advice of internal stakeholders on AI, legal technology and digital working methods Cooperation with internal teams, external service providers and technology partners

Good understanding of legal practices, ideally through legal studies, a Bachelor in legal matters or comparable practical experience Practical experience with Legal Tech, No-Code tools, Workflow automation or AI applications Ability to meet specific requirements in conversation with lawyers and translate them into implementable solutions Basic technical understanding and joy in testing new tools independently and making them productively usable Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Individual initiative, team spirit and a strong understanding of service quality Interest in business relationships and the further development of legal work processes Programming skills are helpful but not absolutely necessary. More importantly, you can understand legal problems, develop pragmatic digital solutions and bring them into practice in a comprehensible manner.
