Team Lead Scientific Consulting (m/f/d)

Project responsibility: You control challenging customer projects in the field of innovation promotion – from identifying eligible R&E projects to successfully submitting applications. You will advise on suitable programs and tax instruments such as the research supplement and ensure quality, efficiency and timeliness. Team Leadership: You take the professional and disciplinary leadership of a growing consultant team and develop Your employees will continue to work in a targeted manner through coaching, mentoring and regular feedback. Team development: You plan resources, drive further team building (e.g. recruiting and onboarding) and promote a performance-oriented and collaborative team culture. Customer advice: You act as a Sparring partner: at eye level, understand the business models of your customers and advance projects proactively – “Hörer in der Hand” included. Business development: You support our business development as a technical expert:in, develop new consulting approaches and identify potentials for upselling and cross-selling. Performance control: You have relevant KPIs in mind, optimize team performance and ensure that targets are achieved in terms of revenue, quality and efficiency.

Technical background: You have a degree in the field of computer science, engineering, natural sciences or a comparable discipline and have a deep technical understanding as well as experience with funding programs. Professional experience: You have several years of relevant experience, such as consulting or technical project management, and have ideally already gained first leadership experience or the clear drive to take over a team. Working: You work hands-on and at the same time you think strategically, go structured and targeted and have a high level of quality. Communication: You are convinced by clear, address-oriented communication and will be confident about customers and the team, both in German and English. Multitasking: You also keep track of parallel projects and team topics and set clear priorities.
