CNC Machine Operator (m/w/d)

Your new working day

• You set up CNC lathes and milling machines, service them and equip them – for the production of precision parts for drive and chassis technology
• You take the writing, customizing and optimizing CNC programs based on technical drawings and manufacturing specifications
• You monitor the manufacturing process and control the machine functions during ongoing production
• You carry out conscientious quality controls – you measure and check the manufactured components to dimensional accuracy, surface quality and compliance with tolerances
• You identify and correct faults in the manufacturing process and carry out smaller maintenance and maintenance work on the machines independently
• You document production data and quality features to ensure precise traceability and compliance
• You work safely, accurately and reliably
• You are in constant exchange with your team and other disciplines – team spirit is natural for you!

What we want from you

• (m/w/d), CNC (m/w/d) or industrial mechanic (m/w/d)
• A sound technical understanding and craftsmanship, especially in handling CNC machines
• First professional experience with CNC machines and production plants is desirable
• The first experience in CNC programming and a constant readiness and motivation to work into new technologies and programs are important!
• You have a safe handling of technical drawings, measuring devices and testing methods
• You also bring good knowledge of mathematics and physics
• A precise, careful, reliable and self-responsible way of working – and above all a high level of quality
• Flexibility, motivation and a high team capability
• Loadability and concentration even under high production density and machine noise
• Basic computer knowledge for machine operation and documentation
• Ready for shiftwork
